What is Community Access Support?

Community Access Support is an NDIS-funded service that helps participants take part in everyday life outside the home. It's about more than transport — it's about belonging, learning and growing through real experiences.

Whether you want to try new things, build social connections, or work on practical skills, Tim will walk alongside you at a pace that feels right.

A unique approach

Health & Fitness Support

As a Certified Personal Trainer, Tim can incorporate health, fitness and overall wellbeing into Community Access Support sessions for participants who would like to work towards these goals. Whether it's attending the gym, going for walks, swimming, improving mobility, building confidence, or simply becoming more active — sessions can be tailored to suit each person's abilities, interests and NDIS goals.

Fitness support is always optional, personalised and participant-led, and is only included where it aligns with your NDIS plan. The aim is to make movement enjoyable, inclusive and empowering — helping you build confidence and independence within your community.

Gym sessions

Build confidence and technique in a supported gym environment.

Walking & hiking

Explore Sunshine Coast tracks, boardwalks and beaches at your pace.

Swimming

Pool or ocean sessions focused on comfort, movement and enjoyment.

General fitness

Improve strength, mobility and balance with exercises tailored to you.

Confidence in fitness settings

Healthy lifestyle habits

Note: Strength, mobility and balance activities are offered where appropriate and always within the scope of your NDIS plan.
